Hi,
We are currently on ILR and have just got our UK born daughter's british passport. I understand that we will not be able to apply OCI for her, as both of us will be eligible for BC April next year only. The other options I now have:

PIO
VISA

We might be going to India early next year for 3-4 weeks. Should I go for PIO for my daughter or VISA? Can I get a 2 year multiple entry visa for her?

Also, do I need to surrender my daughter's indian passport now?

Please advise.

I also posted exact same question.

You need to surrender India passport in any case so start with that
