hey Guys :

I have completed 10 years now, but at 1 stage i have filled the wrong application to extend my visa, and been refused. so i had to go back to apply for new visa. am i eligible for ILR? i know a mate who been to prison in the uk for 2 years and still been granted ILR.

If you have a valid visa when you left, then you will be ok.

If you did not have a valid visa when you left UK, then forget about 10 year application success.
