Dear ALL,
I have PR but mife don't have PR. Can i apply british passport for my son who was born after i received ILR.
Please let me know the process.

If your Child is born here then your child is a British from Birth just apply for his passport |

If your Child is born here then your child is a British from Birth just apply for his passport |
Thats NOT correct. His child is NOT BC from birth but entitled to register as a british citizen. |

1st Hi
2nd what you are saying is not correct because his Child at time of birth the father has already the ILR/PR so that mean the child is british from birth he needs just to apply for a passport he doesn't need to register because he is a BC.

Mixed it up with earlier thread i read.
The Kid was born british.
