Hi All.

This is the first time i am on this forum and really need advise.
I am on TIER 1 and I going to apply for an ILR in the end of Oct. My VISA is expiring on the 14th of November 2012. My wife came to the UK in Feb 2011. She wont be eligible for an ILR thats for sure. My question is what VISA do I need to apply for her? If I apply for a Spouse VISA after my ILR what will her status be. Its really confusing I spoke to Home office they said I need to fill FLR (M) for her..... Please advise Many thanks in advance..

Once you will get ILR then you have to apply for FLR(M) for her.

When is your wife visa expiring ?

Thanks for your reply. Her visa is expiring on the 14th of Nov as well as she is in the uk as my Dependent..... Please Advise..

- Apply for your ILR
- Once you have your ILR, apply for her FLR(M)
- On completion of total two years as your dependent, apply for her ILR
