heloo pls can someone help me on this Q in appendix 2 financial requirement

my husband self employment earnings (before tax) in the last full financial year meet the financial requirement 18.600 According to this i go to Part of Income from other non-employment sources but my husband Has no other Income from other non-employment sources
any help pls
