Arrived in UK - Sept 2,2007 (Work Permit)
Converted WP to TIER (1) - July 11,2008
Received a verbal job offer (subject to CRB) from a UK bank. CRB applied on Aug 08,2008.
Went to India - August 11,2008
Holiday until - August 31,2008
Notice period in Indian company - Sept 1,2008 and Nov 14,2008
Received Formal appointment from UK company Sept 14,2008
Returned to UK on Nov 15,2008.
THEREFORE OUT OF COUNTRY FOR 93 DAYS.

Am I eligible to apply for ILR. I have booked a PEO appointment for Sept 19th. Any guidance shall be highly appreciated.
