hello,,,

I would like to ask, i am non EEU and married to an EEU, we live in the UK we have been maried more than 3 years and i have resident card for five years, but our relationship come to an end as we decided to get divorce the question is can i apply for another resident card after divorce ?

If your marriage lasts three years and you lived together in uk one year you can apply retain rights residence after your marriage finalized you need decree absolute
