Hi
My wife is in the UK on spouse visa and is to apply for her ILR.
Visa was granted on 11-OCT-2010
Entered country 04-DEC-2010
She was out of the country in 2011 for 2 weeks.
Can she apply for her ILR after 23 months in the country, which will be after 04-Nov-2012, or shall she have to wait till 04-Dec to apply for her ILR?
Also, do we need to take into account the 2 weeks she was away from UK and accordingly wait for 2 more weeks after the 23/24 month qualifying period?

Neither. She can apply no earlier than 28 days before the second anniversary of the date of arrival = 06.11.12 ..... and no later than the date of expiry of the current visa.
