Hi

I am trying to book PEO appintment from last 3 day at 12:00am and I am getting technical errors continously. I have to login again and again every time and then around after 12:30am I start getting message that "No appointment is available for given dates". I normally select dates 15 oct to 30 oct 2012 as I need appointment between these dates.

Can members please share some tips and tricks?

you can't book an appointment more than 42 days in an advance . so for eg if you count from today the earliest you can book is 16th of Oct.
if you try tonight 12.00 selecting 17th of Oct you will get some PEO but as many in here have experienced because of sheet volume of people log in at the same time their system crashes every night but will be back after 15-30 minutes time. by that time most of PEO s have gone. So keep trying

SO there are many threads in here how to do it with lots of tricks. So go through and read those and just keep trying. that's the only solution. You have plenty of time and you should be able to book easily.

Is it possible that if I can book an appointment in liverpool i.e 3 hour drive from my house and later I found appointment in solihil (i.e. 1 hour drive). Can I cancel old appointment of liverpool?

Its 4th night that I am trying to book the appointment but I have no luck yet. After doing lot of tries I found some appointment and I click on book appointment and as soon as I enterned thee name & dob of myself and my 4 dependents and click OK. It says that this appointment no longer available.
Its really frustrating, I don't know what home office is trying to do?? When you select and click "book appointmetn" it should reserve that appointment unless you fill your details. It looks like that appointment solt is available to all and whoever first able to fill the information gets the appontment. Do home office wants us to be robots? at least you need 2/3 min to enter info for yourself and dependents.

Hi mmm, I tried two days before just for to look how is going (my time is not yet). at around 12.20 am I got a slot at sheffield. once I click and it came up the slot will reserve for you for 10 minutes. Which is right so we could fill the details but from your post I am worried as well. Please put your post once you complete. Also did you put available from and untill dates. I learned from one member to leave those fields empty.

Please share if someone has already booked an appointment, please can you confirm if we can change the detail of dependents later on after booking the appointment. I am thinking of just quickly enter the junk data and try to book the appointment. but thats only possible if i will be able to change the dependents information later on.

@arif, I have tried in lots of different ways and it doesn't matter. It only appears if there is some appointment and that is the time between 12:00am to 1:00am.

Today I am able to book the appointment at solihull!!

Today system was closed for maintainance at 12:00am I checked it till 1:00am but it was still under maintainance. Then I again tried at 2:00am and luckily it was working. There were lots of appointments available and no rush. So I selected my best possible appointment from the list.

Thanks God at last I did it after 5 nights efforts. Thanks to system maintainance guys at homeoffice.

Hi nmm, I just tried two times and many slots available birmingham and Sheffield . Time is now 2.27 am and I logged on to this forum webside thinking may be able to contact you and will tell you to try. However you also see the same and booked one.Good luck for your appointments.
