I am planning to apply for Tier 1 entrepreneur VISA. Currently I am a student in UK. I have a friend who is from Sri lanka who is willing to give me £200,000 to invest in UK.

So my question is does the third party needs to be related to me or not?

Can i also please have a template for the legal representative letter?

Does not. Third party templates are to be found in the guidance.
