|
After living abroad for four years, my husband and I have decided to settle down in the UK. I will be moving back first to work for my dad's company, and once I have worked for six months, my husband will apply for his spouse visa to join me. I will be earning over the salary threshold, and this will be a permanent position.
Does anyone know if UKBA will query our spouse visa application if I, the sponsor, am working for family? |

| If the employment and remuneration is genuine and verifiable, it will not be a problem. |

Yes both the employment and remuneration are genuine. As for verification, I will supply: payslips, P60, bank statements, contract, and proof of employment letter signed by my father.
Would that be enough? |
