Hi,
Thank you very much for reading this and I'd be very grateful to all of you if you please reply to this thread. At the moment I'm in Tier 4 visa and my wife is with me as a dependent . i was wanting to know if we can change our visa status, like can i become the dependent and my wife becomes the student. as i want my wife to finish her studies as its been a long time she is out of studies. i would really appreciate if some one could help me out with this information.

Dear deandias,
Its an old trick which UKBA is aware of. Neither you or your dependent would be allowed to switch in-country both of you need to go back and apply from your home country. |
