Hi everyone I am new on here and just want a question answering I am currently in receipt of DLA at a rate of £74.60 per week also JSA of £101 per week which includes a disability premium to make it that amount I also have £6000 in savings and am aware that exemption from the financial requirement with regards to this I have no mortgage due to the fact that my house is fully paid for I have no secured loans and do not have to pay council tax so I have minimum expenditure I have been told that my wife has a very strong application for a spouse visa based on this information but I still worry could anybody here reasure me regarding this as my wife is also 20 weeks pregnant with our first child thank you...
