This case for my sis in law

She needs to bring her partner as he is her sons dad they are in relationship since 5 years . What visa he needs to apply for ?
What documents they need ?

If they haven't been living together for a minimum of 2 years, he can't apply for an Unmarried Partner Visa.

They lived together in Spain for 1 year and she visits him twice in year
He has his son here who is 4 years can he join him ?
