Hi

When a professional referee puts their name on form AN, does he or she has put the tile of the profession along their full name?
Like full name xxxxxx CIMA

The name goes in 5.4. Since titles (PhD, Chartered Professional, etc.) become part of the name, such things belong into 5.4 as well.
Profession/employment and other qualifying criteria go into 5.2.
