Hey there! I just had a few questions to ask you guys as I'm quite lost. Here's my story.


I'm currently in a long distance relationship with a girl in the United States, I'm 19 and she's 16, She's finishing high school this year as she's taking two years in one at her current school. She lives with her mom and step-dad and wants to move where I live (Montreal) in order to pursue her studies, get a job, and live with me. The problem is we cannot have her apply for a study permit because the differential fees of CEGEPs here are exorbitant. I have read about possibilities of Dual Intent and thought that if it was a single semester (or maybe two) to be paid in differential fees until she gets residency or something, It wouldn't be as dramatic and manageable. I've also heard about the "Regular program – Foreign student in Québec" (from http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/students/stay-quebec/application-csq/students-quebec/index.html).

Note : I am currently in CEGEP, my parents are supporting me, and I will be working a part time job meanwhile and saving every penny.
Her moving here means that it is a possibility for her to be supported by my parents/me as far as housing/food...etc goes. She'd only have to pay for the tuition fees and even then I'd help her with that until she can get a part time job herself. (We've been together for more than a year, conjugal relationship?) She also has a GPA average of 3.8-4.0


P.S I know this situation is most uncommon and you may believe that we are too young or else, please hold that bias to yourself, I am aware.
