HELP - HSMP Dependent

I got some questions about HSMP dependent.
Are there any limits for a HSMP dependent, like what kind of things he/she can do? I think he/she wil be able to work and study without any restriction. Or even self-employment?

What if the dependent would like to do study like a Master degree or PHD. will the tuition fee be domestic or international?

There are no restrictions on what a dependent can do, they hold the same conditions as the HSMP holder.

I don't know about tuition fees but I would expect you'd have to pay international fees.
