i am planning to go to poland for christmas and my passport is expiring on 31/01/2013.im hoping to go there 10 days during christmas and hoping to come back on 30/12/12.so my passport is valid only for month from the depature date.is that going to be problem going to poland and re entering uk? also i would like to know if a need a visa to go to poland since i have got a residence card family member of a eu nationl.i applied as a unmarried partner.my partner is travelling to poland with me.thank you.

In general, for dir 2004.38/EC cases, passport just needs to be valid, though some countries may not apply this.

Bear in mind that at least one other poster had problems as unmarried partner entering Poland.
