hello i need to help to book my appointment
i came to uk 18th sep 2010 with 27 month settlement spouse visa
my visa is ending 30th november 2012
i ve been outside of uk total 35 day
i want to know when can i book my appointment?
when i calculate it is after 23th october 2012,
pls i need help

You may apply no earlier than 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of your date of entry in the UK (18-Sep-12).

Since 18-Sep-12 has passed, you may apply any day.

soo it is good than, but i heard if i stayed outside of uk i have to add that days, is that true?
