PLEASE HELP! Info on Canadian whv options for an Italian

I have looked on the Canadian whv website and it says that Italians must be resident in Italy at time of application. I have spent the last 8 years in Australia and now the last 4 months in the UK.
How do I apply for next years working holiday in Canada? Can I apply from the UK? I am Brazilian born and have never been to Italy. I have my passport through my grandfathers citizenship.

Desperately running out of time as my gf has to leave the UK in January.

Please help. Im unable to find these answers anywhere!

"6. I am an Italian citizen but resident abroad. May I apply for the Working Holiday Program?

A: No, to be eligible you have to be both an Italian citizen and resident in Italy"
