My timeline
Applied for student extension:Aug-1-2011
UKBA returned my docs on Sep-9-2011 saying that they were unable to take money from my account. I resubmitted on 13-9-2011 with fresh bank statements and postal order for visa fees. Got bio letter after a month, given on Oct-25-2011. Since then I've been waiting. Even contacted MP but he said he can't help and I have to wait for my turn. Meanwhile I got my degree n eligible for PSW. My visa expired on Aug-3-2011.
Applied for PSW (through solicitor): April-3-2012
Ack letter received: May-5-2012
Bio letter received: July-21-2012 done on same day
Solicitor got a call from UKBA caseworker asking for which appli they should proceed with: Aug-16-2012
BRP received by solicitor: Aug-20-2012
Docs: Waiting

hello
i need to ask you a question. I aplied for psw on 3rd of april. My timeline is the same as yours. But a problem is that I applied with a provisional certificate of my masters degree in which i had a resit. Before getting the biometrics invitation letter i had recieved my result and posted it to the ukba.
Can you please help me with what my chances are for getting the visa.

My solicitor received my documents today..n she called UKBA and requested them to re-fund the teir4 extension visa fees..UKBA accepted to refund it within 28days... Guys .. those who are waiting for visa are in my daily prayers..plz don't get dicouraged..keep faith in god and keep praying..
I had hard time all this 1 long year..not financially but it was a mental torture..anyways I had to face n finally god did it..
U all don't worry ..my case was a bit complicated.. but still god helped me to get it..keep praying nd u will get it soon...

thanks for the answer. Its a relief to know that ukba is giving visas to the people who send their results late.
I want to ask you that do you have any friends or people u may know who did not get the visa because of sending their results late.
