Hi, I am currently in UK on Tier 2 ICT visa since March 2010 and expiring in Feb 2013.
My employer has asked me to return back in December.
I would like to know what options I have so that I can continue here in UK and get my visa extended.
I have a 3 month notice period with my current employer and hence would also like to know the timescales within which I need to find another employer and carry out other visa formalities.
Please advise. |

Assuming you can switch to Tier 2 (General), the following is what you need to do before the expiry date of your current leave.
1. Find a new sponsor.
2. Get an unrestricted CoS assigned.
3. Apply for leave to remain.
