Hi guys im due to apply for ILR using form SET (M) when i booked the appointment it said im the only one that can attend the appointment, but on the UKBA website it says the presence of the spouse is required on the day of application unless she provides a letter explaining why she couldn't.
Your help and advice are very appreciated, thanks a lot guys
