I applied for ILR based on 10 years longer residence(lawful stay).My wife is in UK from past 3 years. Once I get my ILR I would like to apply as Dependant for my Wife.I would like to know the eligibily criteria for dependents. Is she required to take life in uk to be my Dependant or any other exam to test her knowledge/English? Also my wife is not having any degree from Backhome. So can u please advice me the required procedure.Thank you very much
