Hi
my husband has just received his FLRM and I am already looking ahead to his ILR, would anyone be able to tell me if the new maintenace requirement applies to the SETM as well. I have looked on the UKBA website and I find it is not clear

I understand from your posts that your husband applied for FLR(M) in February 2012. If so, he will always be subject to the rules in effect before 09-Jul-12.
