Hello , Can someone please suggest me wheather I am eligible for ILR with below scenerios.

I came to UK in Dec. 2009 on Tier-2 ICT with one year visa till sept. 2010. and my VISA was renewed for 2 year in sept. 2010(same category) but one month later in oct 2010 I was transferred to other EU country for 5 months . I came back to UK in march 2011 (same VISA) and still working here.

Am I still eligible for ILR?

Which visa(s) (amongst the dozens) should we "assume", that you have / have had, in an effort to respond to your queries?

I was paid in EU country only (IE). I was transferred on van der elst Visa and used to come UK in between as I still had the valid UK Visa.

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately it is still unclear to me whether i can apply for ILR or not.

Also above link 'When absences exceed the permitted limit' is not working.

Would appreciate if you could give more clearity.
