Hi jumbo, I will be very grateful if you could help me,
I'm married to bc during the course of our marriage I cheated on my hubby and had two children at the moment we separated but not yet divorce, my question is can I registrar the two children born in uk as bc as their dad is overstayer, please advice thanks |

| If you have ILR, you can register the UK born children. The immigration status of the father is irrelevant. |

Why not? The application form asks for them.
On the other hand, not providing the father's details should not be a reason for refusal. |
