Hi All,

got couple of questions...highly appreciate if some one can clarify/guide me.

1. in UK on HSMP + tier 1 ( 2 + 3 years)
initial entry stamp 18dec2007..applied by post for extension on 14dec2009 & was granted extention ( Tier 1) on 21jan2010. so passport stamped on 21jan2010 a7 visa valid till 21jan2013(passport was with relevant authorities for whole time).

WHEN can I apply for ILR as technically 5 years will be done by dec2012.

2. I am Director & 100 percent share holder of a Ltd company & we operate 2 business accounts. My personal bank account was negative balance( within overdraft limit of 200 gbp by bank) for almost 3-4 months(period i will use to claim points for income) & now from last 2 months its positive. Usually use business debit card even for personal stuff like paying bills, rent etc.

Question is : will negative figures on personal bank statement have any effect & even though i have transferred almost 30K in last 7-8 months from my business account to personal account as salary & dividend vouchers still at an average money left in my personal account is just couple of hundred pounds.....Will this effect my case in any way.



Do have an Accountant.

Please advice how to go about it.

2. IMHO, negative balance in a bank account isn't an issue.

thanks for answering my query..but Point 1. i am still confused....are you saying that i can apply for ILR in November this year some time...Please clarify

You may apply for ILR no sooner than 28 days prior to the completion of your qualifying period and before your leave expires.
