Hi

I'm in the process of preparing for an extension of my Tier 4 visa. I'm now thinking of making the application in Hong Kong, of which I'm a citizen. Can extensions of Tier 4 be made outside of the UK? Are the documents required the same as those made within the UK?

Extension = leave to remain = can only be applied for from within the UK.
An application from outside the UK = entry clearance = leave to enter.
