Hello,
Could anyone advice if a bad credit rating would affect the BC application.

I have some loans back in australia which is not yet paid due to my financial situation. If they book me in the credit bereau, would it affect my UK BC application?

Unpaid debts normally shouldn't affect your BC application. Unless your case has escalated into a civil proceeding or criminal conviction (which connotes that you have failed to settle your case effectively), then this shouldn't even be disclosed in your form AN.
