Hi,

I have been in UK for couple of months on Tier 2 General. I want to apply for my wife and 2 children for dependent visa. My A-Rated sponsor is providing maintenance and accommodation to my family for the first month, which addresses the maintenance requirements. So I am not providing bank statement rather the undertaking from my A-Rated sponsor.

The questions are:

1. In the online application it asks When is the job expected to finish? Will this be the date till when my Visa is valid, or can I input a date further than that. My job contract does not have an end date.

2. My spouse is not working. In section 6 I have mentioned that she is un-employed. In the same section it asks how much of your monthly income is used to support your family members? and how much do you spend each month on living costs? the family is not here yet, so should I enter approx amounts?

3. In section 7 it says state the amount of money available and total number of dependents. I am not providing bank statement rather the undertaking of A-rated sponsor, so should I add amount here?

I am at the stage of applying for a dependent visa for my wife. She is with me in UK on a Post study Visa, but her visa will expire in Dec.

I am not able to find appropriate form online. Could you point me to correct application
