If I get my application rejected and I want to challenge the decision, do I need to leave the country?

On the payment details where it says to put your name as it appears on the debit card, I have put Mr Ali asmi, rather than just Ali asmi. Is it possible that they reject the payment because some genius keeps putting Mr in the name thing.
