| very sad, he should go for a judicial review.they refused me visa because ECO was unable to verify the loan letter to determine either it is genuine or false and he refused me visa on 22 Aug when all the banks were closed for eid holidays |

Wish you Best of Luck INSHAALLAH.
Judicial Review takes long time,if once administrative review refused ,you do not have right of Appeal, its better to make Fresh Application instead. _________________ Razian |

Once you applied and refused and you think that decision is not lawful, you must go for Judicial Review. Otherwise, UKBA will keep refusing you with stupid unjustified reason like unable to confirm documents, applicant did not pick up his phone, etc.
Is it difficult to go for Judicial Review from Pakistan or easy? Cheap or costly? |

What is the cost of JR from Pakistan? Is there is any solicitors/lawyers office who are offering JR services?
If decision will be upheld in AR how you will go for JR? Will you directly apply in UK with some local solicitors? As you been there for a long time and must have some good fiends here to lookafter JR process. |
