Hi folks ,

I am asking this question on someone behalf !

Can i ask how many days before we can apply for tier 1 enterprenuer visa by post.

someone told me i can not apply before 28 days than expiry.

MY PSW visa will get expire on 18th Jan 2013.So can i apply tier 1 enterprenuer visa by first week of November.

Please suggest !

Yes. There is no such rule. So you can apply when you are ready.
