hi,
my entry clearance has just been refused. im actually confused if i will be appealing or not. If im going for an appeal they are only giving 28 days and some of the requirements that we failed to provide has still to be requested which could take time. Is it possible to send the appeal form first before the documents just to let them know that we are appealing against the decision?
Or is it advisable to make a new application bec ause as what i have read, going for an appeal could take 8 moths that's if the case needs to e heard, if lucky enough i think there are some cases that dont need to be heard before a judge if i am not mistaken.
Please impart your thoughts about my case.
Thank you!

I think you need to say what type of application you made and then give the exact text of the refusal notice. Without any of this information it is not possible to comment on your situation. |

I applied for an Entry Clearance as a proposed civil partner of someone who is settled in the UK. Its a settlement, proposed civil partner visa.
it says:
>I am not able to take into account any potential employment you have available to you in the UK or any offers of financial support from third parties.
>You have not submitted all of the specified documents as listed in the guidance to support the claim that you meet the financial requirement.
>You have not provided the specified evidence required to show income derived from your partner's self employent.
> In light to this, you have failed to provide the specified documents of your partner's income through self employment and consequently that you meet the financial requirement. I therefore refuse your application under paragraph EC-P.1.1(d) of appendix FM of the Immigration Rules
I have therefore refused your application because I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you meet all the requirements of the relevant Paragraph of the United Kingdom Immigration Rules.
That's what it says , please help me!

| Well, it has said why you were refused, but do you disagree with the reasons stated. Did you provide any of that evidence they claim was missing? |
