Hi everyone,
Just a final check before PEO appointment at Liverpool on 31st Oct 2012.

My visa history:
27 Nov 2007 – Issued HSMP visa (valid until 27 Nov 2009)
16 Dec 2007 – Came to the UK
Oct 2007 – renewed Tier 1 (general) visa which is valid until 27 Nov 2012.


Set (O) form duly filled
Bank draft
Passports for myself and dependents
Photos for myself and dependents
Last 12 months payslips
Last 12Months Bank statements
Life in UK Pass documents for me and my wife
Last three month bank statements for saving accounts (maintenance purposes)
Cohabitation Documents:
Documents in joint name
I. Tenancy agreement (2010-2011)
II. Voter registration letter from Council (2011 - 12)
III. Council tax bill 2012
IV. Water bill 2012
V. Letter from school (April 2011)

Individual documents (My)
I. Council tax bill (2010-2011)
II. Electricity and gas bill (2010 -2012)
III. Bank statements (2010-2012)

Individual documents (dependant)
I. Bank statements (2010-2012)
II. TV license (2009-10 & 2012-13)
III. NHS letter 2012


Additional documents (in case needed)
HSMP approval letter
Tier renewal letter
Degree Certificate
Letter from employer
P60 for last five years.
Marriage Certificate
Children birth certificates


Please advise if I’m missing anything.

I dont think you need to show any maintainance. sometimes it better to keep things simple.

Your documents list look fine. One small suggestion based on my experience is to have two separate envelopes one with all the standard application requirements and the other with the backup documentation. Some case workers don't like loads of documentation as they get flustered. You only submit what is asked for and ensure you have copies. All the very best!
