Hi Guys,
Can someone please advise : we are so confused
I have been in UK since sep 2006 as a student
Now on PSW expires on dec 2012
I have already got a place to study my masters.
Can I switch back to student ? if Yes, which form T4 general or something else ?
Pease advise ? . also , does this count towards my long residency ? since 2006 ?
Thanks in advance guys,
Kind Regards,#

| yes, you can switch from PSW to Tier 4, I am surprised you haven't read about what category to change to until now... You need to worry about the CAS requirements as well as the maintenance fund conditions.... |

| Its not as straight forward as you might think there are other criteria's you need to consider specially time spent at graduate level education etc |
