So I am a present and settled (Indefinite leave to remain visa) and my fiance whom I will marry here in the UK currently has a 2 year Working Holiday Visa and is from New Zealand - we want to stay here in the UK
Can I use the FLR(M) form for her application... I know it all seems good on the form but I want to check with the brilliant minds here... there is no issue with her switching?... we don't have to prove 2 years of living together because we are going to be properly Married and living together.
Am I right!?

Hopefully before making the application, which must be submitted before the current Tier 5 leave expires. |

Do you mean Married and living together before the Tier 5 expires right - that will be done.
So me and my wife to be are all clear?
I qualify for the financial part and everything else and this is not going to be a sham marriage(but a small ceremony)
SO IS THERE ANY WAY WE CAN FIAL!?

| There are lots of ways an application can fail. I don't know your circumstances so can't make any predictions on that basis. If you read the requirements, and think you match those, and there is nothing about your partner's current or historical leave that would raise issues as to his general suitability, then everything should be okay. |

Yes we meet all the criteria laid out in the FLR(M) form and there are no past shenanigans on her part that will be an issue.
Im just being overly cautious as has proven to be advantageous in my own road to settlement in the Uk - thanks for your advice and please let me know if there is anything else you can think of that might put us in a pickle.

| Not submitting the required documents could put you in a pickle! Read through the guidelines on form FLR(M) thoroughly. |
