Not submitting payslips, what reason to give?

Not submitting payslips, what reason to give?

Hi Guys

My company delivers payslips through email, due the the space limit, I deleted some of my payslips, in that case I couldn't get all payslips for the claimed period. What explanation and evidence is needed in this case?
