any who has any info on LIfe In THe UK test plz put in in here:

is it true that people who has certain level of English and got some qualification not require to take test ?

Anyone who will be applying for ILR are required pass the Life in the UK test.

jbinuk is right, there is no exemption regardless of how well qualified in English you may or may not be.
You still have to write this silly little Englishness test, I wrote it over the weekend, it took me 8min to complete and I passed, in fact without even reading the book I would have passed.So good luck!
