NVQ level 4 Entrepreneur Visa

Hi All,
As i read through the policy guidance Tier 1(psw) to Tier 1(Entrepreneur), an individual can do business NVQ level 4 or above.
I've got Entrepreneur visa as a IT Consultant which is level 6. My question is can i do a business which is NVQ Level 4 IT technician
as well.Someone told me after getting visa you must stick to the level of business you applied during your initial application.
Please advice me as i am expanding my business. Expert Advice would be highly Appreciated..

@ syed0083, you are allowed to change to other type of business or roles as long as they are all at or above NQF level 4.
In your own case, you can decide to also do NQF level 4 role as that is also within the rule, you are only not allow to claim points for other jobs or roles below NQF level 4.

One of my Friend is in similar situation but a slightly different than me.He is on (Tier 1 entrepreneur) Business Consultancy Business and want to join my IT technician business.Is this rule same applies on him.

@ syed0083, the rule applies to everyone, but one need to make sure that the new business is viable if the visa holder have no previous experience in such field. But once you get your visa and then go for additional training in the proposed new business, then I guess it should be ok.
