Hi Everyone,

Although I have not been posting, I have been following the timelines here.

Just to give mine:

Applied and posted on......01/02/2012
Acknowledgement....a few days later
ILR Stamped (Liverpool).....10/04/12
Passport with stamp received on 03/05/12

Home Office sent letter by special delivery which I had included in my application.

Straight forward case - 7 years student, 2 years PSW and 1 year Tier 2.

Documents sent: Application form, Old Passport, New Passport, Life in the UK results and table showing when I left the country, reason and how long.

Another table showing immigration history.

Applied on .................. 20/01/2012
Acknowldegement dated 23/01/2012
ILR stamped (Liverpool) 10/04/2012
PP received.................. 02/05/2012

Strightforward case (6.5yrs Student+2yrs(IGS+PSW)+1.5yrs T1General)

No Gaps, never spent morethan 18 months in the 10 yrs period and never stayed 6 monts at a stretch outside the country. No public funds and no criminal record.

Documents sent:
All paspports, LIUK Certificate, Covering letter and prepaid envelop. PP returned in the prepaid envelop.

Below is my application history for 10 years long stay

Application submitted: 09/02/2012
Acknowledgement recieved: 13/02/2012

Documents submitted : Passport,life in uk, solicitor letter,bank statements, payslips

History: 7 years(student visa)+3 years(Tier 1 dependant)

Look at this guys. ILR delivery time is going up and 30 Days for Lee300.

HO taking a whole month just to post a stamped passport.

I heard that few people who applied after 15 feb they are getting new application form with biometric is that true?

Congrates................you said you had 2 offences Would you kindly explain what kind of offences they were, i have one court conviction for 'journey on train without fare'.......were they convictions? i mean yours ones? i will highly appreciate if you just give a bit explanation, thx

1. Using motor vehicle without mot certificate , £60 FCN issued by police , failed to pay . £ 90 paid in court by phone .

2. county court judgement in 2004 .

@ shola did u contact with your MP to find out the progress of your ILR application,because you are waiting so long ,i think nearly 6 months now.This week was very slow i hope from tomorrow we will get good news.

Congrat to ppl just got their pp back .wish ppl waiting will get good news soon.

while we waiting can i ask how long HO take to send letter for biomatric as i apply 0n 26 march 12 and ack letter recived 1st week of april but havnt recived any biomatric letter, you think is it normal or i should call them and check if lost in post etc

Hi Zainy dont worry, ur passport has already been stamped and its now waiting to be sent, just have faith, Someone like Shola hasnt received his passport yet and remeber its a lost passport like yours, its sad but dont loose hope.

@ zainy HO will not say whats the result for application which was made. They only know two word that is " still processing " . Their processing include until u recieve your passport.waste of money to call them premium numbers

Why u asking, did they tell you have received your ILR,, be specific on ur question r u talking on behalf of someone else or its you.

A lot of people on this thread are chasing post man now.

Calm down guys although average time is 11 weeks but people who applied in December and January are still waiting for their passports.

Having a straight forward case does not guarantee your passport will be back with you in 11 weeks.

In most cases UKBA is taking a whole month just to post the stamped passport.

I thought i would have received my passport already as my case is very straightforward.
I was eligible to apply since last september but had to hold back.
