Long stay ILR submitted on the 12th April 2012
Payment taken on the 16th April

Hello all,

just an update, one of my friend today received his ilr based on 10 years, he sent his documents on 25th of January 2012 and ilr was issued on 20th march and today he got all his documents back.

Its shame HO took 28 days to send your passport.

@Shola i think its time to involve your MP ,atleast you will get information that what's happening with your application.If im your place i involved MP after 15 weeks max because 6 month is the max time and i personally think that its not compulsory that you must wait 6 month before you involve your MP.This is my personal opinion.

Congrats to you guys that already get your ILR. I am still here in my 18th week and still waiting. Nothing from the HO. what are they doing with my application? someone took it home and left it there? this is annoying and frustrating. Any advice from anybody please.

Application sent 23th jan 2012
Acknowledge letter issue 25 th jan 2012
Acknowledge revive 2nd feb 2012

I know crb u waiting...me 9th jan. i think HO stamped ilr in our passport unfortunately they forgot to send it back...lol.. Pls guys pray for us who already recieved the passport and who will recieve soon....

Zainy may be you will recieve it today or tomorrow Coz lee3000 applied 25 th january and recieved day b4 yesterday.... Really confused about how HO works ??
