Brilliant news mate! Was just on the phone with the Home Office and some guy told me they are dealing with Nov applications! Clearly they don't have the right information as the lady on the phone last week said they were dealing with Dec-Jan applications.

They start calculation from the first entry (stamp on your visa in the UK when you landed in Heathrow or entered the UK via some other port). This is the first day of the 10 years period.
Little bit of my absence history.
First entered in uk 23-12-2004
First exit 02/12/2005. To 01/02/2006
2nd exit 25/11/2006. To. 20/02/2007
3rd exit. 14/09/2008. To. 21/10/2008
4th exit. 09/09/2009. To. 17/10/2009
5th n final 29/12/2011 To. 26/01/2012.
So if I m counting right then in
2005 i stayed out of uk for 22 days
2006 71 days
2007. 59 days
2008. 38 days
2009. 39 days
2011 n 2012. 30 days.
In total 259 days.

The processing is based on date applied or the date biometric registered? ????

Hi imi99999 you should get the invite for biometric in 2-3 weeks from applying. I reckon it should be with you latest by 27th. Have you checked if your payment has been taken?
