It seems to me that they are processing those applications made at the end of July and August last year. I believe people who haven't got passports back will hear from HO soon. Good luck everybody!
Congratulations!

You applied only 2 days after me so I hope that means mine is coming soon even though HO robot told me today my application has not been processed.

Thats gr8.So it means that in early march aug ones were done..hopefully that means sep ones shud hv been done by now...just wait for the post i guess.this waiting time is a nuisance as no travel can be planned.seems like the long residency category is the only victim of long waiting.

It's too late to get your MP involved. As someone stated earlier MPs cease being MPs when parliament is dissolved next Monday, 12th April.

If you look back on this thread someone posted the details of the complaints address and phone number. Also I think someone gave you the details of the Liverpool office which are processing the 10 yr ILR apps. Try these, Liverpool office at your own risk as they might not be happy with being contacted direct.

ILR

Post by powermatic » Thu Apr 08, 2010 10:22 am

hello everyone!
I am new here - so hope I will get a chance to communicate with some of you who are still waiting for their ILR.
My application was sent on 09/03/2010, acknowledgement letter dated 10/03/2010, payment taken on the same date.
Well, judging by your experience, I think I will have to wait for a very long time... and I don't mind to wait as long as the outcome is successful.

Got my ILR

Post by dolf » Wed Apr 07, 2010 6:11 pm

Congratulations to all those who have received their ILRs.

I got good news today as I received my passport with ILR stamped on 5th March 2010.

It is issued by Liverpool UKBA office. I got my Life in the UK Test certificate and a letter.

Wish you all who are waiting, good luck.

Like Apu in Simpsons (when he got American citizenship) I think I will be heading to “benefits officeâ€

So far userid 'Haha' is the only one from the list who received ILR in less than 20 weeks (i.e. 17.7 weeks to be more precise).
