I applied on 28th of november, Received by home office on 1st dec and bio done on 6 december. I had requested to expedite my case on compassionate grounds.

i am also waiting for my application. i applied on 13th oct and today when i called HO then they told me that someone is working on my case. I have one CCJ 2011 but i have should a payment plan to pay this amount by installments. have you guys heard of any case getting rejected ever because of CCJ? Please advise

ILR should be fine, they dont consider ccj for ilr but might affect naturalisation application. But as you got payment plan you should be fine even then. I have seen some ppl got ilr with ccjs

It can take upto 3 weeks, If you dont get it by then call HO to check. But Hopefully you will get it by then.

It is advisable to apply for change of status the earliest possible. English test certificate could be attained on fast track basis in 4 days. You can also dial this number 03001232241 & option 4 for these type of questions directly from HO.[/quote]

I wish mate.. I called the HO today and they said that my one is still waiting to be processed. So Saturday wont be realistic But I hope you're right..

Congratulations to all who has got their approvals today - very pleased. I received my approval letter and brp card . I applied 13/10/2014 . Biometric 08/11/2014. Decision date 03/02/2015.received today.
