Hi
I have a question from the senior members of this forum, i have applied for ILR in the first week of june using toeic, i didn't know that ETS is under investigation for fraud, my question is i have never used this toeic for any other visa extension and this was the first time i used it, i have sent the home office my old ielts and new PTE english certificate but still they have put my application on hold, is there any way i can do something about it or is there anyone who was in the same situation got his approval?

thanks

I applied ILR on 8 Sep, and call HO yesterday.
HO said...on 27 Jan someone pick up your case...
What does it mean by "Pick up"! It's been 5 months now...someone just pick up!
I feel angry and sad everyday...
Like you @Mazeen1910 I just want my freedom.

I know exactly how you feel.. Let's just hang inn there and keep the forum alive for some therapy :) . I have never heard the word "pick up" from any of the calls I have made. Having said that those agents say what comes to their mouth. good luck mate.

Have you called the HO recently and do you have a straight forward application?

I called HO yesterday and same response... in process keep waiting
I don't know if my case is straight forward.... my appeal was refused and I submitted FLRO within 28 days and vary my FLRO application to SET LR application.. now just waiting..

Hi,
No we are not dependant on each other as we both are individually qualified for ILR in long residency so we both made individual application.
question is for your current visa not ILR application ?[/quote]

Oh sorry mate.. no even on current visa which is ent visa we are not dependent on each other, although we applied ent visa as a team but not dependant.

@mazeen1910 don't worry and set tight. You will hear a good news from HO soon. As some of case worker are faster than others. Or some time case worker may possibly be on holiday. So relax ......don't stress yourself
Thanks mate - you know very well it's easier said than done :) But I guess only option is to wait.

I applied on 22th sep and somebody on tracker has marked me as approved, whereas as much I liked the sound of it, unfortunately i hvnt received my decision yet. I am under 'saeedrehman' on tracker.

Neither has my wife who applied on 29th Aug and HO received her application on 1st Sep 2014 but no decision or further communication yet.

Can somebody plz update the tracker for me as no decision yet.

Thanks.
@Saeedrehman

Your wife should have her ILR by now and yours as well. did you guys contacted home office about the status of your applications ? what is home office reply on your applications / did your wife got any letter about the status of her application as her time is going to be 6 month by end of this month. is there any complexity in your application or any problem in visa application in the past.

Thanks
As of this morning, her case is ''still under consideration''. She did not receive any letter from HO stating that it will take longer than 6 months. And no there is no complexity to her case that we are aware of... no CCJ or gaps.. nothing. only 1 rejection which was won in appeal well within time frame. Annoying :x
