I've waited patiently so far but since last couple of weeks it's becoming very stressful:( Got a PhD to finish ... thesis submission deadline September and it's impossible to do anything through this stress! I think one of the guys said may be if you apply for your dependant's FLR(M) with set (LR) then it may contribute to delay of reaching a decision for Set(LR) and that might as well be the case since I've noticed brother 'bharatsharma' applied on the same date as mine and he also applied for FLR(M). He is yet to get a decision same as me...so it's just a guess ... not a fact by any means though! Ah well I just wish a decision was made this week whatever the outcome then at least I can move on with other important things in life...missus is very stressed out as well! Congratulations to those who received theirs but please do pray for those of us who are still going through this painful wait:( I've seen couple of friend's unfortunately got rejected, it made me feel really sad for them but reading the reasons I think both of them were wrongly rejected so guys fight for what is rightfully yours and my prayers and well wishes for all of you.
Hello brother, we both are on same boat. Since they have picked up clearing the sep application and I am eargly waiting to receive something particularly from the last week. Any thing about HO is guess or mystery the way they priorities the case and I am not guessing about it at all. I know the wait is killing but we all have to have bit more patience and hopefully this week or early next week you will surely have good news to share with everyone. Now you should concentrate on your study, I know it's easy to say this but this is all we can do. You have spend good years of your life here and believe me the result of this hard work will be positive. Everyday I pray for all who have applied to receive their ILR as soon as possible bcz I know how important it's for all of us. Just stay postive and strong.

hello ,

please read and comment, as i really need yours help on this matter.

came into UK in 2006-jun
then last granted was psw, then applied for tier -1 entrepreneur which got refused with right of appeal which was heard in jun 2013.
judge allowed the appeal upto limited extent for the home office to reconsider the application under old rules.
home office reconsidered it and then again refused it, then the case went to FTT AND REFUsed. sought for permission to appeal to
UT from FTT they refused it, then sought permission to appeal to UT from UT itself , they refused it on 15-jan 2015 with no
further rights of appeal.
my questions are

am i an overstayer ?
can i make a fresh application ? under what categories ? please advise.
can i work as self employed /or full time in employment ?
can i apply for JUDICIAL REVIEW ? Is that good to keep the status aive as past?
if i apply for flr(0) as my wife and 2 kids born here lives with me, any chances for this application to be successful ?
if gets refuse can i get an appeal right ?
and finally time spent on flr(o) or ilr application count towards ond residency rule ?

i need help on these.
thanks guys

yes, shahfurqan as far as we know it is straight forward. No long gap, no CCJ etc. but they are deciding application which is posted almost 3 weeks after hers, and even today they are saying that it is not yet complete. It seems like her application got buried somewhere under Sep applications,
mate i think you should not get worried as i am very much confident you will soon get your decision on your application as its not only one caseworker dealing but every case worker is different as some make their decision sooner but some are bit slow or there is also a possibility they are waiting for some confirmations on your documents but you will be fine end of day.

Now i have decided to do reconsideration 1st coz this is fast and easy solution as far as i know. so guys pray for me..

Congratulations to all who have received their ILR and best wishes to all who are waiting.
