As i have applied for ILR and waiting for approval.

My wife is on Dependent visa of T1-HS and Visa expire on June 2016.

Once I get my approval, she needs to change her Visa Status to ILR dependent. She don't have problem for her English test coz she finished her MBA from UK university. I am Bit worried about Bank Statement and Payslip.
Is it alright to show her Own Bank Statement and Payslips.
If Yes- How much does she need to show and for how long??

I would really appreciate for your Kind Advice.

Regards
yes of course she can show her own bank statement as long as she is earning upto £18,600 per annum. With the corresponding payslips and bank statements where the salary is being paid into.

Hi, do I need 2 inform the HO that my circumstances have changed? Cos I made my application whilst on 3c (waiting for the decision of the UT) which came back denied.
I did not appeal dt decision as d HO had already acknowledged n taken payment wen I recieved d UT decision. + d UT made d decision after my application.
2. I recently found out I have a ccj on file which I wasn't aware of at d time I made my application. Do I need 2 inform d HO of this cos I ticked no to d ccj's question

Shouldn't be long though you were strong all these days give it time till next 23rd ;-) and as we said before this tracker is just to help us understand and not a benchmark ;-)

in fact 26 weeks is what HO 's customer charter you are still in 16th week but seems this tracker has increased your expectations and making the wait hard ......

Applied on Aug 19 and Bio on Sept 23rd. Called the HO (connected instantly which was a surprise) and it was confirmed that my application is being considered (confirmed it is with a case worker but couldn't confirm when it was assigned). He said i should hear back soon but I'm thinking maybe after Christmas.

Looks like all the outstanding Aug apps have been assigned to caseworkers which is why they have started looking at Sept apps.

"" Hear back soon in most cases means letter has been posted ;-) or to be posted soon ;-) """ as far as I know .

" wait till you hear from us means its still under consideration means its 1-3 days time to process ;-)"""

I bet you will be jumping with joy by Friday hopefully

Its a good news it has been allocated to case worker ..... Saeedrehman expect the letter soon ;-) infact if its a straight application they do it in 1-3 days ;-)

Hope so!! Yes maddy, it's pretty straight forward app.. No CCJ, no unexplained long absents, no problem in prev visas. So it's hope you are correct!!

Hi 2015 App for SET LR you only need to send you passport and BRP cars covering 10 years plus English language test and Life in the UK test so I would strongly recommend not to send anything extra as it is not required.
Hi apex221,

Thanks for your quick reply.

I Got PhD in software engineering from UK. do I have to take the print out from point based calculator fro English requirement or my degree certificate is enough ?

Thanks
You don't have to as it is from the UK just send the original certificate Dr.2015App :D
Thanks Apex 221

Degree certificate is enough. As stated above please keep your documentations as simple as possible and avoid sending unnecessary documents. This will help case worker to make a decision quickly. Remember your stay outside the UK in the last 10 years is paramount and you need to focus on that.
