As i said before, fielddrive should volunteer to teach someone else how to revert the google drive to its original status if the imbecile fingers messed with it. AS we can see fielddrive will soon be away and the task will be left undone.maddysheffield wrote:Guys ...when you have a question and you ask the forum ........you wait anxiously for a reply ......However when the forum asks you a direct question to confirm if the tracker is correct .....why don't people take few minutes to make things clear ?????
Juliet , Kaka Jee and MZR80........my request to moderators if these people don't respond by friday please assume they have not received any approval and change the status to pending .
@feilddrive come back mateupdate whats happening and while you are here fix the tracker someone messed it up really badly

Hi thasif,
if you have cash savings of £16,000 in your bank account that can be used as an evidence for financial requirement but she still need to submit evidence of english language as well.

Arsal, you could be right as I haven't been able to read more about the calculations you did above but as you recommended that thasif should read through the FLRM most of the sections are self explanatory. Let us know how you get on.
I will recommend you change your wifes visa from dependent of PBS Tier1 to spouse of ILR as soon as you obtain your ILR as this is ideally what is recommendedajek01 wrote:It is not necessary for your wife to be your dependant, she can wait till March and then she can apply for ILR herself.agogabs wrote:Hi everyone, just applied for my ILR long stay on Monday - 08/12/14.
I don't know if it is necessary for my wife to apply for dependant on me when I get my ILR.
She is currently on a Tier 1 dependant, which expires November 2016. But she will qualify for ILR long stay in March 2016.
Do I leave her on the Tier 1 or move her to dependant on ILR?
Thanks,
agogabs
Apologies, I misread, I thought your wife currently on Tier 1 on her own!Hi agogabs,
I have another opinion , you wife needs to apply for ILR dependants visa after your ILR approval, as she is no longer will be a Teir 1 dependant. I have read this many times in this forum. I suggest you to write a separate message outside this section "10 years long residence applications" and ask for Obie, amber or vinney to comment on it, these people are really have a very good understanding to the immigration law.
All the best
Mamun
