Hi , tanzeal a.

If your wife is out of UK ..You don't need health and safety certificate all u need is a letter from land lord saying that it's 2 bedroom house or 3 bedroom house furnished and suitable for family and he agrees that your wife can join you in the same house that should be enough a small letter it's called no objection letter ...my friends applied like that but if it's otherwise I'm sure some good members will correct me

can any body tell me i'm continuous residence or not plz
Hello,
1) Between March 2009-14th August 2009, you are covered under 3c rule because you made intime application and your case was in the court so 3c applies.
2) If i am right from your statement above, if you have made another student application on the 11th of August 2009 and were granted on the 14th of September 2009, then you met the continuous residence requirement.

Hey Imraniqbal2010 ....... I'm not sure they will take your brothers marriage as a situation where they can consider that if you are not there it would make a difference ;-) I hope you get it .

Usually health issues which are very serious as considered lets hope everyone is healthy mate ... But may be other will throw light on this but my knowledge and experience the more you think of getting it done early ........ it drags more :(

could anyone help me on my wife flr(m) visa
Hi thasif,
if you have cash savings of £16,000 in your bank account that can be used as an evidence for financial requirement but she still need to submit evidence of english language as well.
tx ,spactacus for your prompt reply[/quote]

Only Cash saving of above £16,000 which is divided by 2.5 will be counted towards to earning. Example if you have £20,000 cash saving in your account for the last 6 months then £20,000 - £16,000 = £4000/2.5= £1600 can be added in your earning to meet the earning threshold of £18,600. Please read FLR M form particularly financial requirement section carefully.
Arsal wrote:
Arsal, you could be right as I haven't been able to read more about the calculations you did above but as you recommended that thasif should read through the FLRM most of the sections are self explanatory. Let us know how you get on.

Do I leave her on the Tier 1 or move her to dependant on ILR?

Thanks,

agogabs
It is not necessary for your wife to be your dependant, she can wait till March and then she can apply for ILR herself.
I will recommend you change your wifes visa from dependent of PBS Tier1 to spouse of ILR as soon as you obtain your ILR as this is ideally what is recommended

Hi agogabs,
I have another opinion , you wife needs to apply for ILR dependants visa after your ILR approval, as she is no longer will be a Teir 1 dependant. I have read this many times in this forum. I suggest you to write a separate message outside this section "10 years long residence applications" and ask for Obie, amber or vinney to comment on it, these people are really have a very good understanding to the immigration law.
All the best
Mamun
Apologies, I misread, I thought your wife currently on Tier 1 on her own!

Yes, Mamun is right, in that case once you get your ILR, she will have to switch to become your dependant.
